This has made managing finances simpler within the LINE application, despite challenges from various factors. However, the company has been able to proceed with the business as planned. Apart from the continuously increasing number of users, which currently exceeds 6 million, throughout its successful journey, LINE BK has also learned about its customers from various usage behaviors and has summarized these insights into interesting usage statistics.

Under the financial transaction services, LINE BK continues to develop new features to make its usage more convenient, safe, and enjoyable, catering to the behavior of the digital era's populace. Over the past 3 years, LINE BK has consistently collaborated with leading partners, such as Shopee, Lazada, foodpanda, Agoda, and iQIYI, offering discounts and various promotions, enhancing the value of every expense made via the LINE BK debit card. Moreover, there are cashback promotions in partnership with merchants when using the QR PromptPay payment with LINE BK at participating stores, such as collaborating with Tops, Watsons, and Tao Bin. In this regard, LINE BK's financial transaction feature usage behavior has found that the most popular features are In-Chat Transfer, Scan QR, and Split Bill. Among the three special occasion envelopes sent the most, the top one was Football World Championship, followed by Loy Krathong, and , the Chinese New Year. As for savings goals in the special rate  accounts, the top three ranks are: 1st place – for children, 2nd place - for wealth, and 3rd place - for travel.

Regarding the loan service (Credit Line and Nano Credit Line), LINE BK's primary objective is to reach out to customers who may not have access to loans through traditional banking systems. The aim is to enhance financial liquidity and alleviate the challenges faced by customers during times of crisis. LINE BK is committed to being an easily accessible loan provider for all Thais. This year, the company has established promotional booths for its services in both Bangkok and other provinces. Gathering real customer data has revealed that more than 70% of the interested customers inquiring about the loan service are small traders and riders, point out that LINE BK is a financial aid that reaches self -employed or freelance who might not access banking services.

For an overview of LINE BK's loan customers, the highest proportion is in the central region at 56%, followed by the eastern and northeastern regions. The majority of these customers are self-employed, accounting for more than 53%, with an average loan amount of approximately 36,000 baht. The reasons why people borrow from Credit Line show that most of them borrow for personal expenses and as a reserve fund for emergencies. Regarding the Nano Credit Line, most people borrow money for working capital or cash flow for their businesses. Additionally, LINE BK has increased credit limits for customers who have a good repayment history with LINE BK, totaling over 80,000 individuals. To further assist and alleviate the burden on Thai people, LINE BK has also offered special interest rates to customers during the period from September to October 2023.

LINE BK is at the forefront of comprehensively meeting customers' financial needs by introducing LINE BK Insurance Broker services, enhancing their offerings in the risk protection dimension, to  provide easy access to life insurance coverage for Thai people through LINE BK. Additionally, they are launching a special promotion offers a two-tiered benefit, with a 15% cashback on the first insurance premium payment for every policy and a chance to win a lucky golden sparrow amulet weighing 1 baht. There are a total of 15 prizes available. This promotion is available from today until 15 November 2023, these terms and conditions are as specified by the company. Furthermore, based on customer data for insurance purchases through LINE BK, the majority falls within the age range of 25-44 years old, with a significant 62% being female. The three most popular insurance types are as follows: 1) OPD bao bao, 2) Rokrai jer jai, and 3) IPD mhao mhao. Customers often show interest in purchasing more than one insurance policy. They tend to choose insurance plans that provide comprehensive coverage to address various concerns, emphasizing the value and suitability of the insurance products available on LINE BK.
