To enhance LINE BK application security and  support new features, LINE BK would like to inform you that starting September 9, 2024, LINE BK application will only operate on Android version 7.1 and above. To continue using the application, LINE BK recommends Android mobile users update their android to the latest version. 

Steps to check which Android version you have:
1. Open your device’s "Settings“ app.
2. Tap "About phone“.
3. Tap "Software information“ and check your device version at  "Android version“.

Steps to update latest Android version:
1. Open your device’s "Settings“ app.
2. Tap "Software update."
3. Tap "Download and Install."
Tips: If there is a new software version available, a download button will appear. You can proceed to download and install.
