1. Does LINE BK Savings Account have a Passbook?

LINE BK provides passbook in electronic version called Virtual Passbook. You can access the Virtual Passbook in Account > More > Virtual Passbook.

2. What is Cardless Withdrawal and how to use this service?

Cardless Withdrawal us a service that allows you to withdraw money from your account without using a card at any K-ATMs nationwide. The service is available at Top left menu > Cardless Withdrawal then enter amount and scan QR code to cash out.

3. How to register PromptPay using accounts in LINE BK?

You can register PromptPay by yourself via the "PromptPay Register" menu in the top left menu.

4. How do I request an Account Statement from LINE BK?

You can request an Account Statement via the "Account Statement" menu in Account Setting page (Account > Account Setting > Account Statement). Account Statement will be sent to email you have registered.
