How to use

1. Can I transfer money to other banks using LINE BK?

You can conveniently transfer to other banks using "Fund transfer via bank account" then select receiving bank name and enter account number. "Fund Transfer via PromptPay" is another option you can use to widely transfer.

2. Can I transfer money to LINE Friends via LINE ID who doesn't have LINE BK?

You can transfer via LINE ID to LINE Friends who already registered LINE BK and enable to receive money via LINE ID.

3. What is the limit for transaction via LINE BK?

Daily transaction limit includes all transactions from all accounts via LINE BK. The maximum limit for each age group is as follows:

For users with age 12 – 14 years old*
1) Transfer/ Payment: Max limit 30,000 Baht/Day
2) Cardless Withdrawal: Max limit 20,000 Baht/Day

For users with age over 15 years old
1) Transfer/ Payment: Max limit 2,000,000 Baht/Day**
2) Cardless Withdrawal: Max limit 500,000 Baht/Day

*The limit for users with age 12-14 years old is effective from 5 October 2023.
**The limit has been adjusted and the current maximum limit is effective from 17 January 2024

You can find "Settings" in LINE BK  from main menu by selecting menu icon in the top left.

You can start using LINE BK in new mobile phone by choosing "I already have LINE BK". Additional authentication will be required to access to your existing LINE BK.
